07 — BEFORE WE BEGIN

Will I need to keep paying you?

No. Handover-only is the default. You receive the agreed files, access and a guide after final payment. Domain and hosting providers charge separately, and you remain responsible for renewals. Optional care is a separate service.

What exactly counts as a revision?

A round is one consolidated list of changes to the agreed pages: text, images, colours and reasonable layout refinements. A new brand direction, new pages or new functionality is extra work. Send each round within 5 business days; delays move the schedule rather than counting as approval.

What happens after the handover?

For 14 calendar days, defects in the delivered, agreed functionality are fixed without an additional studio fee. New content, features, third-party changes and problems caused by later edits are excluded. After that, you can manage the site, hire another developer, or request separately priced work.

Who owns the domain and hosting?

Domain registration, renewals and hosting fees are separate from the website build price. You may purchase and manage them yourself. Alternatively, Formvero Studio can purchase/configure your domain, connect it to your website and transfer ownership/access to you at handover through the optional Domain Setup & Transfer service for 1,000 EGP. Registration and renewal fees are additional. After transfer, you own and control the domain and are responsible for future renewals. Normal website/source-file handover, website access and the owner guide are already included—there is no additional website handover fee. Never put passwords in the project brief.

Can customers book or pay through my website?

These packages can link to an existing booking or payment service you already use. They do not include a custom booking engine, online shop or payment processing. The ATELIER concept’s booking tool is a demonstration, not a live appointment system.

What do I need to provide?

Your logo, approved service details, photos you have permission to use, contact information, and final text. Business Duo also needs approved Arabic and English content. Choose one person to collect feedback so the project stays focused.

What if the scope changes or I need to cancel?

Changes are priced and approved in writing before extra work begins. Milestones, cancellation terms, deposit treatment and any applicable tax are agreed before payment. Sending a brief is an enquiry, not an order. No payment is collected here.
